If the fault is ours, or you received an incorrect item

When a product is not what you expected, we offer our “30-Day Return Policy. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with any purchase from floorregistersandgrills

If you received an incorrect or damaged item(s), please let us know within 2 days of receiving the item. You can call Customer Service at 1 866 691 1122 or send us an email.

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label, send out a replacement or give you a refund.

Goods are returnable if a returnable product fails to meet your expectations within 30 days from the date of purchase and has not been installed and is in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. If any defective goods are found or any other discrepancy in material received should be informed within five working days from the receipt of shipment in writing. If we have made a mistake or you receive an item that is damaged and/or defective, we would be happy to return and replace your product at no additional cost to you.

If you have purchased an item by mistake or do not want to keep it you can still return the merchandise at your expense. If for any reason you choose the wrong item

  • Carefully repack the return merchandise, including all parts in the original packing if possible.
  • Products may be returned in the original condition within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Merchandise sent back to our warehouse complete and undamaged will be processed for credit using the same method as the original payment. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Please print your purchase order number, date of purchase, market place from where you purchased along with your complete name and address with phone number on a separate sheet enclosed with return item to get your refund processed as quickly as possible.
  • Please send us email with tracking number.
  • On receiving the goods at our ware house the refund will be processed which may take 3 to 5 business days to receive your refund.
